Mining, Engineering and Transport Centre (MET)

The new $38 million state-of-the-art facility at Regency Park is a feather in the cap for TAFE SA. Courses are offered in Automotive, Aviation, Electronics & Computer Systems, Mechanical and Civil Engineering, Fabrication, Mining, Surveying and Spatial Information and Transport.

In order to raise awareness and promote the opening of the new facility, WhiteDesign was requested to develop a print and digital campaign. The target demographic are those thinking of a career change or wishing for that next step. The ‘half-half’ transition of study to various work locations instantly encourages the viewer to consider a transformation. The call to action “transform your Future” also helps powerfully enforce this.

Six various TAFE SA sites were used for Photography locations, ranging from Parafield Airport, ASC Osborne, CMV Truck Sales and various mining sites. Enrolled TAFE SA students also became the face of the campaign in a controlled studio photography session. These images became the backbone of the campaign which extended across various print media and across many digital platforms as animated or social media advertisements.

The result is a strong and powerful piece which instantly provides a place to “Transform your Future”
